Help us, help as many college-bound students as possible! Support our Annual Basket Auction held at our conference in Garden City, New York.
All proceeds benefit the scholarship fund. We encourage all members, schools, and vendors to donate. Donations made in advance are very much appreciated.
Don’t have time to make a basket, but still want to help? Consider a cash donation and we will create a basket for you! Remittance can be made by check or electronically. Just visit our website and select “Donate.”

Justify your Trip
The conference committee believes the value of attending the conference is self-evident, but just in case you need some help justifying it to your institution, we've created a sample letter for you.  Download Letter


In an effort to reduce waste and decrease the use of paper products at the meeting, there will be no paper copies of session presentations or handouts at the event. One week before the conference, you will be provided with a web link to the available presentations. At that time, please review them and print the ones you’d like to have at the conference. The presentations will be available online for 6 months after the event.

Dress Code Business casual dress is suggested for all events.

Refunds - Requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing (fax or email) on or before June 1, 2019. Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient. Registrants who fail to cancel will not be refunded their registration fee. No refund will be honored after June 1, 2019. Substitutions may be made if registrant cannot attend.
